Questions, answered

What is the difference between mean and median?

The mean is the sum divided by the count. The median is the middle value after sorting, or the average of the two middle values when the count is even.

Can I paste numbers with thousands separators?

Remove thousands separators first. The text 1,000 is interpreted as two values, 1 and 0. Enter 1000 to represent one thousand.
