A LITTLE KNOW-HOW

About this tool

Make a simple HTML document from the main body of a .docx file. Recognized Heading 1–6 paragraphs become headings, ordinary paragraphs remain paragraphs, and tables become basic rows and cells. Text is escaped, links become plain text, and no scripts or remote assets are carried into the output.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Choose a .docx document.

  2. 2

Convert its main text structure to HTML.

  3. 3

Download the HTML file or copy its source for further editing.

Questions, answered

Is this an exact copy of the Word layout?

No. It preserves basic text structure, not Word styling, images, pagination or merged-cell layout. Review the HTML before publishing it.

Are external images or links loaded?

No. Source links are reduced to their visible text and images are omitted. The exported HTML has a restrictive content policy and no external resource URLs.
