Merge PDFs
Combine up to 10 PDF files into one document in the order you choose.
PDF & WordPut a PDF’s selectable text into an editable DOCX without reconstructing its layout.
Text-only conversion. Original layouts, images, tables, typography and scanned text are not reconstructed. No OCR is included.
Choose your file or files, then select Create text-only Word file.
Convert the selectable text layer of PDF pages into editable Word paragraphs. Selected page boundaries are retained as page breaks, but fonts, images, table structure and visual positioning are not rebuilt. Complex columns can have a different reading order and should be reviewed after conversion.
Choose a PDF with selectable text and select up to 100 pages.
Convert the extracted text into a Word document.
Download the DOCX and review text order in your editor.
No. This is explicitly a text-only conversion. Use a layout-aware document conversion service when original typography, tables or image positioning must be reconstructed.
No. It does not include OCR. Image-only pages have no text layer to extract; a completely image-only selection is rejected.
Yes. Enter a page range such as 2-4,7 to select those pages; the extraction limit is 100 selected pages. Start with a small selection when checking a complex document.
This is useful when you need to edit the wording of a letter, report or set of notes and can rebuild formatting yourself. A PDF is arranged for display; its text layer does not reliably describe paragraphs, columns or tables. The Word output therefore preserves extracted words and selected-page boundaries, rather than promising the original design.
Try selecting a sentence in your PDF viewer first. If only an entire image can be selected, run OCR in a suitable application before returning here. For a two-column page, compare the first few paragraphs of the DOCX against the PDF. Check names, numbers, hyphenated words and table values manually. Keep the source PDF as your reference.
