About this tool

No. This creates a readable path component. Search performance depends on the page, its usefulness and many other factors.
What happens to non-English text?
Common combining accents are removed and Unicode letters remain. Browsers may percent-encode non-ASCII characters when displaying or sharing a URL. This is not a full transliteration service.
